Having  more than a decade of industry experience . Arun is technology enthusiast having strong belief in software technology which is well positioned to disrupt construction industry  . At staart arun responsible for operations, finance and overall strategy .

Juhi comes with marketing and operations background at leadership roles in HR  and interior industry .She is always result and number oriented ,her grit and rigor to understand the business ,form variety of strategy and execute the even the most difficult plan what makes her different from others .At staart juhi is responsible for sales and marketing

Aman is the foundation of staart since day zero ,He's absolute optimist having a strong believe in Ideas and well capable to translate complicated ideas  into simpler solution whether it's product ,operations or sales . At staart Aman responsible for overall product development , P &L of company and last not the least culture of the company.

Responsible for Full Stack Development with history of working in the architecture & planning industry along with hands-on experience in the field of Software Development, Reach JS ,React Native,Machine Learning and Computer Vision, a  strong operations professional graduated from IIT, Kharagpur.

A professional in the field of coding since the date of birth, who has a great affinity towards making useful stuff (mostly with JS); fueled with lots and lots of optimism and self-motivation. Wrote a piece of code 7 years ago, it was fun; so that’s what I have been doing till date. Also, a huge Marvel fan!

Kavya is dedicated technology enthusiast . At Staart Kavya worked at testing engineer , responsible for manual and automated testing for both web and mobile app.

Nishita is a graduate in computer science engineering having a strong passion for UX-UI design .Even before joining staart she was well after solving problems in constructions industry due to her own first hand experience. She is a strategic thinker by mind and designer by heart.  

Vijay is post graduate in product design from IISc, Bangalore. What makes Vijay different from other team member is his passion for  users centric design .His screen designs are simple, clean and easy to use He always has  great insights to most complicated problems  in most simplistic way .

At Staart Abhijith is responsible for strategic business alignment as per vision of the company , whether it's subject of fund raise, implementation , customer/vendor onboarding  ,his forthright and focused way of working defines the key culture at STAART.
